| As Richmen series cut dough sheet into noodle lines, using roller blade with fixed cut width and shape, it is advised to purchase several different slitting cutter blades that are to be used with your machine. Type Tand Type Ucome with one set of slitting blade, which has to be selected from one below at the time of order (as total price of machine changes with different cutter selected). It is recommended that type of noodle that is to be made at your restaurant be pre-determined as only one shape and width of noodle lines can be made through one slitting cutter. Or, you can order different one(s) later at the prices listed below. There are 3 different shapes, squared, rounded, and flat, each slitting dough into different shaped noodle threads. |
