| 4-1. Quotation, Negotiation |
|
| |
Estimation - after you have selected a model and set of necessary equipments (if you decide that you need it), we send you quotation, listing:
- Quotation
We provide estimation in FOB price (or some other pricing method) first in form of quotation. Negotiation process starts by sending quotation back and forth between Yamato and purchaser until both parties agree on details written on the quotation. Quotation lists information of product that you've selected, their FOB prices (or some other pricing method), and sales terms.

If you agree on the terms written on quotation and inform us your will of purchase, we send you another sheet, called "offer sheet". When you fax us back this sheet, signed by purchaser, it becomes a sales contract. And, the total charge informed on the offer sheet is paid in L/C or T/T at a bank that can transact with our designated bank. Once deposit of full payment has been confirmed, we start shipping process. Then, we inform you of estimated delivery date and other related information either via telephone and/or e-mail.
