Our, Yamato Manufacturing Company's mission is to contribute to prosperity of noodle specialty restaurants, udon, soba, ramen and/or other type of noodles through our work and what we have created. Simply said, we are noodle specialty restaurant supporting firm.
The very base of what we sell is a series of noodle processing machines. The essence and fundamental of what noodle specialty restaurants provide to their customers are noodle itself and its noodle quality. We provide our clients with what makes most difference in noodle quality and taste, noodle making machines and a variety of manufacturing processes from knowledge base that we have developed over decades of trial and error and series of experiments and researches in perfecting beautiful and great tasting noodles. In other words, what we provide is a basis of what prospers noodle specialty restaurants. The better performing the restaurants are, the stronger their products are structured and the fewer items are listed on their menus. Because each and individual item (with very high quality noodles) has high product strengths and marketability, contributing to their whole product strength, just a few menu items generate enough attraction luring power to customers as well as positive image that this restaurant never compromises taste and quality of what it serves. High quality noodles, churned out by high quality noodle processing machine is what makes this possible.
Over two decades ago, we built a noodle manufacturing factory, furnished with our large scaled processing equipments. Through operating this factory and collaborating with our clients and business partners, we have reached our own methods of making great noodles. With this knowledge base that we have developed and continually been fostering as of today, we provide our clients with everything we have learned over the past 2 decades of trial and error. The prosperity formula we have designed for noodle specialty restaurants may not be perfected yet. However, we continuously put our best possible efforts to provide you with highest product and service quality available in this industry as we always have.
